Our beaded bracelet strings are tear-resistant. However, that doesn't mean they'll never break. If the strings are subjected to constant pressure or get caught on something, they can stretch and tear. If all the beads are still present, we'll send you a replacement string for repair free of charge. Alternatively, you can return the beads to us in a well-sealed letter, and we'll repair the bracelet. The prerequisite for this is that all the beads for the bracelet are included. The customer is responsible for shipping. However, if the number of beads is incomplete, the bracelet must be reordered in its entirety. This applies to bracelets with elastic strings.

For bracelets with lobster clasps, a processing fee of 5 euros is due.
